On Feb. 18, 2018, the AYSO United Los Angeles 11U Girls were announced as champions in the California State Soccer Association – South’s (Cal South) State Cup tournament, Mayors Division. The Mayors Division was open to all teams 9U through 11U playing in a Cal South sanctioned league per the posted Cal South Play Level Guide.
“They never gave up, and I think the final game proved that,” said AYSO United Los Angeles head coach Artur Jozkowicz in a video interview with Cal South. “We were down 1-0 then 2-0 with 29 minutes to go, and they pulled it off 3-2.” All players in this program are guaranteed at least 50 percent playing time and there’s an emphasis on skill and personal development over winning at all costs.
AYSO United players are placed in a positive learning environment based on a year-round player centered training experience; designed to focus on all aspects of player development. Each player will be exposed to our year round periodization program designed to allow player to reach their full potential while enjoying meaningful games through competitive league play (Coast Soccer League) and selected appropriate tournament play.
Each AYSO United Coach is supported by a Director of Coaching and our SoCal Technical Director with exclusive access to cutting edge curriculum and training support designed to enhance the AYSO United Player experience.
In addition to the high level club environment the AYSO United player will have the opportunity to be integrated in to the SoCal Elite Player Program (EPP) as well our Identification 64 program (10U-14U) and College Performance Program (15U +) * Starting with membership in 2019.
